Leadership Coaching

We provide one-on-one confidential leadership coaching for the leaders in your organization desiring to enhance organizational culture and improve performance. Coaching sessions:
  • Begin with pre-coaching assessments such as Viewpoints 360 Feedback and targeted interviews to help identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Will help participants identify and bridge gaps in their leadership habits and style.
  • Are structured to help participants think through current challenges to discover solutions.
  • Provide positive self-accountability to help participants achieve their goals.

Coaching Process

Introductory Conversation

A 30-minute conversation to determine if this is the right coaching fit.

Pre-Coaching Assessments (optional)

There are two types of pre-coaching assessments: interviews & 360 feedback.

Coaching Sessions

Four to Six 50-minute confidential coaching conversations to explore key areas of growth. These take place approximately once every four weeks online.

Capstone (optional)

The person being coached delivers a presentation to their manager and/or peers about their discoveries and applications from the coaching experience.

Additional Coaching

Coaching may continue as desired on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
